Weekly ReflectionHappy Sunday, dear Friend! You may have noticed some silence from me last week - I didn't send my usual email, nor did I post any videos. I needed to take some time over the past week to tend to my mental health, and for me, that meant pulling back and getting quiet. Getting quiet is a big theme that has been emerging for me over the past few weeks. I felt tension building - a need for solitude and rest. I had spent A LOT of time "people-ing" as I call it, and my body, spirit, and psyche were craving silence and solitude. In this week's reflection, I open up my personal doors and share a bit about how I tend to my own mental health. A big part of that is getting quiet, and it's so essential because without getting quiet, I can't hear or feel what it is I need. It's so easy to keep the inputs coming full blast, surrounding ourselves with people, tasks, things to listen to, social media to look at. Sometimes we just need to turn it off, but that can be really difficult or scary because it means having to be with yourself, having to listen to yourself, and we might not always like what we find when we do that. It can be enormously uncomfortable. This week, I invite you to take your own mental health week, even if that means just going to bed a little earlier or getting off of social media for a little longer, or taking one minute a day to do a breathing exercise. I invite you to listen to your body, spirit, and psyche. What does it need? Remember: what you need matters. When you find out what you need, show yourself some love by tending to that need!

Weekly Reflection Happy Monday, dear Friend! I feel like I've been a broken record lately, talking about releasing the "how." But, as you know, I tend to talk about what I see and what I'm actively working through, and this theme has been front and center for me lately. What's different this week is that in the Weekly Reflection video, I share a 3-step process (I love a good process with clear steps!) that I used today to open myself up to a wide range of possibilities, and let go of yet...
Weekly Reflection Happy Monday, dear friend! (If you received this twice, it's because I forgot to link the most current tarot reading. This updated email has the correct link). It's been a whirlwind of a week over here! In the past seven days, I: finally submitted all of my licensing materials to the state of North Carolina so I can practice as a psychotherapist there, officiated my cousin's wedding, did seven tarot readings at the Prana House, started packing my house up to prepare to move...
